Data Deletion

To stop Zopstater from accessing your Meta account, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites. Select Zopstater, choose Remove, and confirm the removal.

Removing the connection stops future access. To request deletion of information already received by Zopstater, follow the steps below.

Email support@zopstater.com from the email address registered with your Zopstater account and use the subject Data Deletion Request.

Include your full name, registered email address or mobile number, company/workspace name, and your Meta user ID if available. Briefly identify the Meta page or integration concerned. Never send your password, OTP, access token, or other authentication credentials.

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymise personal profile information and Meta integration data associated with the requester, including stored Meta identifiers and access credentials where applicable. Deleting integration data may stop lead synchronisation and other connected features.

We aim to acknowledge verified requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the registered email address when processing is complete or contact you if additional verification is required.

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or contractual obligations. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
